Program description
Our SMS program sends messages such as appointment reminders, account and service notifications, customer care responses, and — if you separately opt in — promotional and marketing messages.
How you opt in
You opt in by submitting your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our website forms, by providing your number in person or by phone, or by texting a start keyword to our number. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your carrier for details about your plan.

STOP — opting out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending text messages to you. You may also reply with keywords such as STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. To re-subscribe, opt in again through any of the methods above.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and the Light Up Conversions name and marks — is owned by or licensed to Dynamic & Innovations Designs LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content without our prior written permission.
6. Disclaimers
